A meme that has been circulating lately is that if you are not onboard with Obama’s Supreme Court appointment, you are anti-intellectual. This grows so wearisome. It’s not intelligence I oppose, it is arrogance. I don’t want anyone on the bench who thinks they could have written a better Constitution than the original framers did; nor do I want anyone trying to change that Constitution outside of the proper amendment process.
