Casey Lartigue, Jr., a freelance education consultant based in South Korea, noted in an Earth Day 2010 article, “There are too many people who think there are too many people” (Korea Times, April 21).
The thing I have noticed about all those who assure us that there are too many people in the world, and that we have got to do something about it, is that I don’t hear any of them offering to fall on their swords to help relieve the problem.
