Since President Obama appears to be committed to spending as much as it takes – on “jobs” bills, investments in “green industries,” and pork of every kind – to get himself and his party reelected, I wish there were some constitutional method by which we could just agree to vote for them now, so they wouldn’t have to keep buying people’s votes. I could even put up with a permanent Nancy Pelosi, so long as she didn’t spend any more of our money. Well, almost.
