According to a Wall Street Journal editorial (April 1), the court’s opinion on Hamdan v. Rumsfield, due in late June, as to whether or not the government can use military tribunals rather than civilian courts to try the former driver of Osama bin Laden, will be “a turning point on the war on terror.”
I agree. Clearly, our enemy cannot function without chauffeurs.
