According to The Wall Street Journal, the Republican-dominated House has passed “two-strikes” legislation requiring a life sentence for anyone convicted of two federal child sex-abuse offenses. Come now, isn’t it time for the Vast Right-Wing Conspiracy to leave Bill Clinton alone?
