The March 25 headline in the Arizona Republic read, “Arizona House OKs Bill to Flunk Failing 3rd Graders.” It seems that in Arizona, one actually needs to pass a law to allow government schools to flunk students who fail. One can only imagine the implications for Obamacare: “Congress OKs Bill to Bury Dead Patients.”
